Proper assessment is essential for creating the right workout routine. I always recommend to do the functional movement screen first. We use state-of-the-art The Performance Matrix functional movement analysis screen to assess your body and to create a very unique program that will help you to balance and stabilize, build the strength and prevent possible injuries in the future.

Training 

During the correction and training process you will learn your body. We use STOTT Pilates equipment and techniques along with Physical Therapy corrective exercises, manual therapy and mobilizing techniques to strengthen your core muscles, build proprioception, create alignment and stability in your joints, stretch and strengthen your entire body so you can do any activity or sports you like and take it to the next level.
